Pre-Signing Day Surprise, Fullback Christian Powell Rumored To Sign With Buffaloes

Multiple sites are reporting that Upland, California athlete Christian Powell will give his signature to the Colorado Buffaloes during tomorrow's signing day festivities. Powell is teammates with current Buffs commits Donta Abron and Marques Mosley, but he had been a member of UCLA's class until today. The versatile athlete will almost certainly play fullback in Eric Bienemy's offense. Huge get for the Buffaloes today.

Welcome aboard Christian!

welcome

You will love it in Boulder!

If true, this is BIG

Powell and Norgard have perfect skill set, toughness and smarts to run Embree/Bienemy’s offense! Sign ’em up!

Great news.

Stealing from a fellow Pac 12 school too!

So

nearly 25% of our recruits came from two HS. Pipelines!

One thing should be for sure

This offense will be up there with Standford as far as being physical and smash mouth type offenses in a few years. I like it.

Any chance he moves to MLB

Seems like a natural position, he has the size and speed, and looks like he has the instincts.

finally got our vickers

yes bring back the bad a** vickers style. We needed a powerful runner for short yardage and to wear down the d.

Nice get

Who's our Brown

to run behind our Vickers?

for a time, Vickers ran behind Vickers

That should have been Jahleel Pinner. Just my opinion
